The FRENDT team conducts turnkey modernization of implements for the application of liquid complex fertilizers.

Liquid fertilizer reaches the root system more quickly than other types. UAN-32 can be mixed with a few active substances in one container. This allows performing several tillage operations for one run. The system needs to be calibrated before sowing. Later, during the operation, it automatically maintains the fertilizer application rate, responding to deviations of the seeder’s speed.

The system is simple to use. The monitor installed in the tractor cab shows the pressure in the system and the speed of the vehicle. After retrofitting, the seeder can work both in normal mode and with the simultaneous application of starting fertilizers. The latter allows to increase yields and reduces the load on the field and machinery.
